Payment Policy:

Payment for all therapy sessions is required at the end of each therapy session. An invoice will be emailed to you following payment which you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

If your child is undergoing an evaluation I require full payment at the time of the initial assessment.

I am not a participating provider with any insurance company therefore it is your responsibility to contact your insurance company prior to a session and verify your out-of-network- benefits.

Cancellation Policy:

24-hour cancellation is required to avoid incurring a full session fee. All no-show appointments will be charged the full session fee.

Scheduling makeup appointments is strongly encouraged to ensure your child remains on track regarding rate of progress towards therapy goals.

Talk Toomey will be closed the following days:

• Juneteenth

• Independence Day

• Labor Day

• Indigenous People’s Day

• Veteran’s Day

• Wednesday before Thanksgiving- that Friday

• Winter Break 12/23-1/1

• President’s Day

• Memorial Day
